Serial numbers are an enhanced text component where the text content can have a pattern applied to generate serial numbers. You can control how the serials are generated, whether they are random or sequential, etc.
A Serial Number content properties are split across two tabs, plus the additional standard text formatting tab.
B The Pattern mask helper explains what those strange digits mean in the serial pattern.
C If you have a number portion to your serials, the number generation methods available are "random" and "sequential". If you select sequential two additional properties are available, the starting number and the incrementing number.
D The image on the left shows a preview of a denomination with a sequential serial starting at one, while the right is random numbers. When we print your order we save the serials generated which we share with you for your use.
D The Text+ tab allows you to apply standard text formatting to your generated serials.
